Fixed, Non-negotiable Prices

• All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

• Discounts, bargains, promotional offers, and complimentary services are not offered before, during or after the shoots. 

• Premium add-ons are to paid for, and are not offered as freebies,

Consistent Quality

• Quality of the service is the same for all the packages which differ by the number of images you need.

• You will receive every single deliverable and feature outlined in your selected service package automatically without having to request, prompt, or negotiate for what is already included.

• Delivery will be as per the timeline mentioned in the price list - it will be automatic, needing no follow up from you.

Scope of the Service

• Everything included in the service is detailed on this page. If something isn't listed here, it's outside the scope. Any additional services not listed here are provided and charged at our discretion and are not to be considered complimentary.​​​​​​​​​​​

Bookings & Payments​​​​

• A time slot for a shoot is blocked after an advance is paid.

• Prices are identical for all clients, irrespective of nationality, only the modes of payment differ as follows:

  • Residents in India: UPI / NEFT / cash.

  • International clients: cash only in any of these currencies:

    • USD $ / EUR € / GBP £ / SGD S$ / AED D (exchange rate as per xe.com)

• Full payment is due at the end of the shoot for all packages.

• Delivery of the photos on the 5th day after full payment is received.

• An invoice can be issued after full payment + 18% GST is realized.

 

Refunds​, Returns, Exchanges

• Once the service is delivered, it is non-refundable and will carry no residual obligation

• Once photos are delivered, they're yours to keep. There are no digital returns, no exchanges

• If you want a re-shoot for any reason, you pay the current price as on that date

Rescheduling​

• First reschedule is complimentary 

• Each of the subsequent reschedules attract a ₹2,000 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.

• Payments may be held for a future service, there are no refunds.

Pre-Session Briefing, Specifications & Preparation

• A 10–15 minute briefing with the subject (person being photographed) is essential so I know your expectations. It's in your best interest to clarify expectations beforehand, as this directly impacts your results

• Any specifications document you might have needs to be shared at least one day in advance

• Proper preparation and following my directions are essential for the best results​​

Photo Selection

• You will be shown all images from the session. At that time, you can select images you would like to buy and pay as per the price list.

• Once you've selected your images, your selection is considered final.

• It is not possible to change the selection or substitute your selection with some other photos you didn't select in the first round because the photos you do not selected are permanently deleted immediately on the day of the shoot by the end of the day. There's no scope for retrieving deleted photos.

• The images you select will be edited (refer: Photo Editing) and delivered to you in a ready to use format and as per any specifications you may have.

Photo Editing

• Editing is kept minimal and professional (please refer to the gallery to see my style). It includes adjustments to brightness, color, finishing, and minor retouching.

• Core elements like expressions and poses cannot be altered through editing.

• After the first edited versions are shared, you may request one round of revisions which will be based on specific, actionable feedback and are subject to technical feasibility.

• Once the requested edits are completed, the images are final and service concludes with no residual obligation

• Further changes, including back-and-forth adjustments or undoing edits, is not feasible.

Data Retention

• Once the finished photos are delivered, retention of the photos is your sole responsibility.

• If you lose your files and need them sent again, I will re-send them free of charge as a courtesy, provided they are still available in my system.

• If files are lost on my end after delivery, a new photoshoot (charged at current prices) will be required to replace them.

• If you opt out of portfolio usage, finished photos are deleted immediately after delivery to protect your privacy. In this scenario, if you lose your files, a new photoshoot at current prices is the sole path to get new portraits.​
